Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled if they are not shipped. Please contact us at 1-877-853-0340 to cancel your order. In the event your order cannot be preventing from shipping, our return policy will apply.

Prescription Return Policy

We are prevented by law from accepting returns for any prescription medication. If you need to dispose of any medication, please follow the steps in this link: Drug Disposal Information

While we do not offer refunds for returns, customer satisfaction is important to us and exceptions can be made. We are committed to providing you with a great experience. If you are dissatisfied in any way, we urge you to contact us.

Non-Prescription Product Return Policy

Under most circumstances, we cannot accept returns on non-prescription personal care products. If you have received the wrong item or discover a similar issue with an item you have received, please contact us.

If your client care representative confirms that you may return your non-prescription item(s), pack your product(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including any paperwork, parts & accessories) for a full refund.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS, Insured Parcel Post, or any other trackable, insurable shipping service for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase to be issued within 10 days of our receiving the returned order.

Damaged Shipments

We insure our shipments. In the event of damages where the product is not useable or no longer sealed, please contact us for a replacement shipment or a full refund.
